Shipping & Payment FAQs
Other than our official stockists, this website is the only portal through which we take and process orders. This is how we keep our process automated, your transactions secured, and our inventory in check.
In that note, you can order through our website anytime anyday, 24/7. We reply to inquiries via email and social media channels during work hours, from 8am to 5pm. All official transactions (order confirmation, shipping details, order tracking) are done via email.
Modes of Payment
We accept Debit or Credit Card, Paypal, and BDO Bank Deposit.
Some FAQs on payment options:
1. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase?
No. Having a Paypal account makes the transaction faster, but if you don't have a Paypal account, there are two ways to complete your transaction:

Kindly pay the amount and send a photo of your deposit slip (or screenshot of your transaction) to lettergramph [at] gmail.com. It's important that you send your deposit slip via email for documentation purposes.
Allow a few hours for us to acknowledge receipt of your payment, after which we will begin processing your order.
You can also pay via Debit/Credit Card:
To use your debit or credit card, you have to choose Paypal as the payment gateway. This will take you to the Paypal Popup where, takenote, instead of logging into a Paypal account, you simply click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button, as seen on this screenshot below:
This will then take you to a secured page where you can use your debit or credit card even in the absence of a Paypal account.
We choose this Paypal gateway for convenience and security, both for us and for our customers.
2. Can I transfer payment via BPI?
YES and NO. :) We actually don't have a BPI account and we only accept bank deposits via BDO. However, should you wish to pay via BPI (or Metrobank, Security Bank, or any bank for that matter), you can instead use your BPI account as Debit Card through the process explained above.
Shipping and Fulfillment of Orders
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We currently use Express Guy for Manila areas and LBC (also through Express Guy) for Provincial areas.
Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery within Metro Manila, and 3-7 business days for Provincial areas. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your order and your tracking number.
We are not liable for delayed or lost packages because of incorrect shipping or contact details. Kindly double check all information provided upon checkout. We are also not liable for undelivered packages because no one is available to receive them.
However, for unforeseen delays (i.e. delivery surge during peak seasons or other courier-related delays), we will gladly assist you in coordinating with our courier and tracking your package until it safely reaches you. :)
All personal details collected and stored in our database are used only to serve you better. We also don't use your email addresses for anything other than purchase-related transactions, unless you opted in to receive our exclusive newsletters. :)
This website does not store bank or credit card info, which is why we use the secured Paypal gateway system in accepting payments.
